  • Taking place right now: Festa Junina no Minhocão - Festival do Baixo Centro, São Paulo, by Fora do Eixo on Flickr. The traditional June festivals are happening all over Brazil and all over São Paulo (see Time Out São Paulo’s roundup here). This one, funded in part by the Catarse crowd-funding site, is taking place on the Minhocão, a raised downtown expressway that’s closed to traffic Sundays and at night. On till 10pm. Go.
